Ghost Mushroom Lane is 2.3km long and located within OneFortyOne Plantations commercial pine forest near Glencoe, just 16km North West of the Limestone Coast Tourist Park.

Guided by ParksSA ranger, in late autum watch this bioluminescent fungus emit a soft green glow at night. Ghost Mushooms grow on decaying plant material such as stumps left after pine tree harvest.
